The Prime Herbals UK does not accept returns as there is no way of ensuring the integrity of the medication. Please ensure you have read our Return Policy for details on what can be returned or exchange.
We only do the exchange, if you are not happy with the condition of the package when it arrive, defective or damaged. In this case please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within two working days of receipt with order number, email address, package picture and explain the nature of the problem. The shipping costs are refundable.
We are unable to make any changes to the order once you have hit ‘place order’ button, this include the following.
- Changing the item.
- Delivery or billing address
- Adding item to your order
- Shipping method
After that you will need to contact us at email@example.com tell us the nature of the problem. We will send out the form to fill it out. Packs the items send it back to us with the form. The customer has to pay for the shipping costs which are non – refundable.

- The name of the item you did not receive

Once we’ve received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you asap. You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us. In this case shipping costs are refundable.
