Returns and Exchange

Medicines are exempt from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000. Therefore, Prime Herbals UK does not accept returns as there is no way of ensuring the integrity of the medication. However, we will offer an exchange of goods in the following circumstances.

Although Prime Herbals UK makes every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, if you are dissatisfied with the condition of your package when it arrives then you should notify us within two working days of receipt, explaining the nature of the problem. Drop us an email at info@primeherbalsuk.com. Prime Herbals UK team will reply you back within 12 hours and will offer to replace the damaged item.

Every care is taken to ensure that we dispatch the correct medication. If your item does not arrive or cannot be tracked by Royal Mail, we will dispatch a replacement item immediately at no extra charge. Please contact us at info@primeherbalsuk.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or receive the wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primeherbalsuk.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.

Sale items (if applicable)
unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at info@primeherbalsuk.com.

We will send out a form to your give email id. Please fill out the form, pack your item and ship to the following address mention in the form. For the exchange item (damaged, defective, package does not arrive or receives the wrong order), shipping costs are refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong delivery or billing address
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
